Help Desk Institute Names Eric Svendsen, CEO of SCInc., the Official Curricula Developer for
the HDI Star Series HDA Certification Seminars
Denver, Colo. (January 30, 2000) Earlier this month Help Desk
Institute awarded Eric Svendsen and his company, SCInc., the contract to develop
curricula for three seminars intended to prepare Help Desk analysts for HDA
Certification. The seminars include a two-day Essential Skills class, a two-day Tools and Techniques class, and a
three-day combined
version of the other two classes.
HDA certification is the first, and currently only, industry wide,
internationally recognized, open standards help desk analyst certification in
the industry. It replaces S2C2 Certification. The
HDI Certification is comprised of three tests, the Help Desk
Analyst (HDA*), Help Desk Support Engineer (HDSE*), and the Help Desk Manager (HDM*). About SCInc.

Training Partner, was selected by HDI to oversee the development of HDI
